    We have been in the business of Silk fabric production for more than 8 years however as a formal organization by the name of “Avaran” came in existence in the year 2019.
  • From where do you operate?
    Our production unit is in Jasidih Industrial area in Deoghar, which is also known by the name of Babadham. We have our sales office in Patna & Noida also.
  • How is [Product] made?
    Tussar silk can only be weaved on Handloom due to its delicacy and softness. As most of our products raw material is Tussar silk, out silk sarees, Dupatta, stole etc. are made on Handloom and are hand printed & hand work.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    An order can be changed or cancelled before the product is shipped. However a change of order will only be entertained in specific circumstances.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Our products are shipped free of cost across India
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    All Payments on our website will be accepted through third party payment gateway and is well secured as per international standard.
  • How can I track my order?
    Our orders are shipped through Indian postal services. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • Do you ship packages internationally?
    Our products are shipped internationally but the shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law?

    We are guided by our return and exchange policy which is mentioned in detail on our website for all the return and exchange requests.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
